Sarah Zelt is senior HR consultant at SAP SE in Walldorf, Germany. From 2011 until 2016, she worked as a process consultant within SAP’s Human Resources department consulting process managers on various aspects of process management (e.g. process modelling, process improvement, process measurement). She holds a diploma in Psychology from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and a PhD in business economics from the University of Liechtenstein. Her PhD thesis focused on context-sensitive business process management which requires the consideration of contextual factors in the analysis and management of business processes. In particular, she investigated the role that process characteristics play for business process management.
