Iris Rabener is co-founder and Managing Director with econauten – a Berlin based consultancy, guiding companies on their journey of digital transformation. She holds a diploma in media consultancy from Technical University Berlin. As senior consultant she coaches specialist departments in digitizing their business processes to make them faster, more efficient and more customer-orientated. During the last 12 years Iris has advised clients across a broad range of industries, specialising in process analysis, requirements engineering and agile methods. For many years she has been involved with women in leadership and, since 2012, been a board member of the Friends of the EAF Berlin.
