Michael is currently head of Management System at Lufthansa Technik AG. In the past he has held various positions within Lufthansa which include work planning, technical inspection, training and auditing. He was part of the project management team which developed and implemented the company’s process management system IQ MOVE. Michael holds a diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. He is also co-founder of the Process Management Alliance e.V. which facilitates the identification of Best Practices in Process Management (BPinPM.net) as well as the transfer of BPM knowledge to the social and education sector.
