Sabine Rotthier holds a Ph.D. in political sciences (2011). After ten years of working in academia (2001-2011), she decided to use her expertise to strengthen the department for organizational development in the City of Ghent. Since then, she has been the senior project leader for eGovernment in the City of Ghent. Additionally, Sabine is a guest professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Ghent University (Belgium), where she teaches among others a course on governmental digitization.
