Peter  Fettke is Professor of Business Informatics at Saarland University and is a principal researcher and a Research Fellow at the German Research Center for Artifi- cial Intelligence (DFKI GmbH), Saarbrücken, Germany. He heads the Business Process Management Group at DFKI. His research interests embrace all facets of socio-technical processes,    including    process    management,    process modelling and process mining. He uses a broad spectrum of research methods comprising engineering  methods/ design  science    and  empirical/experimental    research approaches. His publications rank among the most-cited works of renowned journals of Business Informatics and he belongs to the top 10 of the most-cited researcher at DFKI. Furthermore, he is a highly-demanded reviewer for renowned conferences, journals and research institutions.
