Mirko Kloppenburg is head of IQ MOVE Process Center at Lufthansa Technik AG and is responsible for the operations and improvement of the company’s process management system IQ MOVE. Before, he held various positions in the context of process management within Lufthansa Group. He holds a diploma in Business Information Systems from the University of Cooperative Education Mannheim, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Louisville, USA. Mirko is co-founder of the Process Management Alliance e.V. which facilitates the identification of Best Practices in Process Management (BPinPM.net) as well as the transfer of BPM knowledge to the social and education sector.
