Arthur ter Hofstede is a full Professor in the School of Information Systems of Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. He has co-authored more than 80 journal articles, among others in Decision Support Systems, ACM Transactions on Software Engineering and Methodology, Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, and Information Sciences. His main research interests are in business process automation and process mining.
